Overview of requirements
The NSW Government Great Teaching, Inspired Learning (GTIL) reforms mean that every NSW school teacher now needs to meet the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers. This includes the need for all teachers to be accredited to continue, return to or start teaching in a NSW school from 1 January 2018.
