Accreditation Manual Available

The Accreditation Manual is available on this site and will be distributed to all schools and Teacher Accreditation Authorities in hard copy over the next month.

The Accreditation Manual contains:

  • Information about the Institute
  • Policies for the Accreditation of Teachers
  • Materials to Support the Accreditation of Teachers
  • Information for New Scheme Teachers
  • The Professional Teaching Standards.

The Manual is designed to be updated. As policy is developed, you will be provided with the new sections for inclusion in the Manual.

It is important that all teachers who are involved in the accreditation of new scheme teachers have access to this Manual. The manual consists of the following three documents:

Accreditation Support.

New Scheme Teacher Information.
